The company explores for oil & gas in many of the major producing basins of the United States.

Additionally, EarthBender has recently added to its portfolio, an evaluation process to seek out potential new water resources. Using subsurface geologic skills gained through years of oil & gas exploration, we believe our company is well suited to define underdeveloped water reservoirs.

EarthBender recognizes that a unique opportunity exists in today’s investment market. As a result of significant capital and effort being directed toward developing unconventional resources, and renewable energy projects, a distinct funding shortfall has emerged for drilling shallow, conventional oil wells. The company has identified a hunger in the market for opportunities which allow direct investment, by accredited investors, in conventional oil and gas drilling projects. We believe this same group of investors will also be interested in investments in new water development and infrastructure opportunities. EarthBender works to connect with qualified investors interested in being involved in both our water business and our conventional oil and gas business.

Mission

EBR strives to be a best in class, highly profitable, subsurface resource company. Company growth will be achieved by managing a portfolio of drilling programs comprised of well vetted, high quality, blended, portfolios of prime exploration and development drilling locations.  EBR continually optimizes the company's exploration inventory and grows via discoveries and well timed assets sales.

EBR is today also working toward a future which experiences less fresh water stress. We believe our efforts to secure new, abundant, reliable, pollution free, water resources is a very compatible business to couple with our hydrocarbon business
